We offer two options for making automatic recurring payments via your credit card, these are PayPal, or Paymate. We recommend PayPal.

Making an automatic payment with PayPal

Next time you receive your monthly web hosting invoice from us, follow these steps:

1. Login to our support and billing portal

2. View the outstanding invoice

3. Choose PayPal from the payment method drop-down and click the subscribe button.

Making an automatic payment with Paymate

Next time you receive your monthly web hosting invoice from us, follow these steps:

1. Login to our support and billing portal

2. View the outstanding invoice

3. Choose Paymate from the payment method drop-down and click "Pay Now".

4. Enter your details and credit card information

5. Under "Payment Details", select the "Payment Frequency" as recurring. If your forget this step then your card will not be billed automatically.

6. Choose monthly and continue

Note that your card will be billed each month on the same day of the month that you make this first payment, so make sure you choose the recurring option when paying on time otherwise all your automatic payments will be late.
