To upgrade from a regular web hosting plan to a reseller plan, you will need to open a support ticket to request the upgrade. Changing from regular hosting to reseller hosting requires some manual work from our support team, so this is not something you can do yourself.
We will send you an invoice for the upgrade that will need to be paid before we can proceed. The upgrade invoice will cover the difference in price between your current plan and your new plan.
Our reseller and regular hosting services are on different IP addresses, so if your domain's DNS is hosted elsewhere, you will need to manually make an IP address change. If you are using our nameservers we will take care of the IP address change for you.
