How to manually unsubscribe someone

If someone calls or emails asking to be unsubscribed, here is how you can manually unsubscribe them:

If you know what list they are on then you can do it this way:

  1. Go Lists > Lists
  2. Click on the list name
  3. Click on "Subscribers", you should now see a list of all subscribers on that list
  4. Enter their email address into the search box at the top of the Email column and press enter, you should now see just that subscriber.
  5. Click the gear button to the left of the subscriber and click the Unsubscribe button.

Or if you are not sure what list they are on then do this:

  1. Go Lists > Lists
  2. Click the "All Subscribers" button, you should now see all your subscribers across all of you lists
  3. Enter their email address into the search box at the top of the Email column and press enter, you should now see just that subscriber.
  4. Click the gear button to the left of the subscriber and click the Unsubscribe button.
