I've lost my Direct Admin password Print

If you have forgotten your Direct Admin password you may create a new password by following the steps below:

1. Log into this support portal (if you havn't already) by clicking the login link above.
   
2. Click "My Services" from the navigation menu to your right (this menu is only available once logged in).
   
3. A table listing your products and services will be displayed. Click the "View Details" icon () next to the hosting account whose password you have lost.
   
4. Scroll down and you will see options to change your password. Note: The existing password that is displayed here is the last password we have on record for you. If you changed your password from within Direct Admin itself then this password will be wrong.
