When importing a list or manually adding subscribers some email addresses might be rejected as "blacklisted"
Blacklisted email addresses are ones that we know don't exist because they have recently hard bounced in other email campaigns sent through our system, or the address contains common typos such as extra.co.nz instead of xtra.co.nz, or the user has requested never to receive emails from us.
If addresses that you know to be valid are blacklisted then please report them to us by emailing [email protected] or by opening a support ticket.
You don't need to do anything about blacklisted addresses but you may wish to delete them from your list.
